Linguine al Pesto
The Ligurian classic: basil pesto, potato, and green beans in some traditional versions.

Blend basil, pine nuts, garlic, cheese, and olive oil into a bright pesto. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon if using.

Boil a large pot of salted water. Cook linguine until al dente, about 9 minutes. Reserve 1 cup pasta water.
